- Waive membership fees for Whitewater Leaders
The committee resolves to waive membership fees for Whitewater Leaders on a case by case basis; in this case approving the waiving of membership fees for current leaders Alex and Nuala.

- Formalisation of trip driver + leader discount and Fuel reimbursement policy
The committee approves the policy ( Driver + Leader discounts and reimbursements – For Committee) for trips during Michaelmas term as a trial period.
To fully assess the success of the policy, drivers will be encouraged to submit receipts to the Treasurer where possible and willing.

- Review of system for signing off flatwater leaders
The committee resolves to write a document formalising the requirements for signing off flatwater leaders, noting safety, training and club requirements. This will be carried out in conjunction with a contact at British Canoeing.
The proposed group to enact this includes: Amelia, Andrew and Zubaida.

- Equipment insurance
The committee resolves to email Sportsfed to join their kit insurance policy. This is free.
This should be reviewed when the situation with Keble and the shed is formalised.

II. Committee Member Reports, as below:
- James – shed
The new facility will be updated either in the Easter vac, and a few weeks either side of the vac, or summer vac.
Facilities and storage is likely to be shared with Keble College Boat Club (KCBC).
Keble seem happy with our requirements, including storage and a defibrillator.
Keble are happy with a contribution from the club of approx. £15,000.
Rent TBD, will include utilities.
It was noted that Keble was not wholly aware that we have been paying rent or for utilities.

- Saskia – Use of pool sessions
Pool sessions will prioritise polo with 2 sessions in the term open to all members for skills.

- Review what helmets to buy
Given the committee has already set aside funding for helmets, the type of helmets bought is at Amelia’s discretion in her capacity as equipment and safety officer. This will be decided in discussion with the polo and whitewater sections.

The committee resolves to purchase 12 glasses straps for £20.

- Drivers training and transport
The committee resolves to gauge interest via the chat for members to do driving training. Funding will be discussed once it is clear who, if anyone, is interested.

Everyone who uses the pool for any of the sessions will pay an extra £10 via Sportsfed.

The committee resolves to purchase new spraydecks, half for polo and half for whitewater, with the cost not exceeding £1500.
Quantity and type is at Amelia’s discretion in her capacity as safety and equipment officer.
